Kombat Ignite

New to MMA? Start here. Kombat Ignite is our beginner-friendly foundation program designed to teach you the basics of striking, grappling, movement, and gym culture in a safe, structured way. Over the course of about a month, you’ll build confidence, learn core techniques, and develop the conditioning needed to train consistently. At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to test into Kombat Core.

Best for: Beginners, returning athletes, anyone who wants a strong foundation.

Kombat Core

This is where real MMA training begins. Kombat Core focuses on the essential skills of mixed martial arts — striking, grappling, clinch work, cage control, takedowns, and positional fundamentals. Classes are technique-driven, structured, and designed to help you build a complete MMA skill set over time. Whether your goal is fitness, confidence, or competition, this is the backbone of your training.

Best for: Anyone ready to train MMA consistently and level up their skills.

Kombat Performance

Train like an athlete. Perform like a fighter. Kombat Performance is built to improve the physical side of MMA — strength, conditioning, power, mobility, speed, and durability. This class supports your fight training by helping you move better, hit harder, recover faster, and build the engine needed for intense rounds. Expect a mix of strength work, explosive training, and high-intensity conditioning.

Best for: Anyone who wants better performance, endurance, and injury resistance.

Kombat Mastery

For experienced athletes ready for the next level. Kombat Mastery is our advanced program focused on higher-level techniques, live training, and controlled sparring. This class is designed for students who have a strong foundation and are ready to sharpen timing, strategy, fight IQ, and execution under pressure. Training includes advanced combinations, transitions, cage sequences, and situational rounds.

Best for: Intermediate/advanced students and those preparing for competition.
